FAQ#1 Do I have to see the Chiropractor to get a massage?

You are not required to see the chiropractor in order to see me.  My studio is located inside his office but you are not required to see the Doctor before or after a massage with me.  If you want more information about Chiropractic care check out his website at www.greatchoicechiro.com.
 Let me also say that Massage and Chiropractic care does go hand in hand.  If you are not seeing a Chiropractor let me recommend one: Great Choice Chiropractic, the Doctor utilizes the Activator Method for his adjustments so you will not receive the usual bone jarring adjustment at this office.


FAQ #2 Do you accept insurance for massage?

While I understand most insurance companies understand the importance of massage and will cover massage as part of their wellness coverage. I do not accept insurance for massage, however, I can give you all the paperwork and you can try to get reimbursement from them.


FAQ #3 Would you travel to my home if necessary?

Yes, I travel up to a 50 mile radius in the area.  I am based out of Ahwatukee and have gone as far North as N. Scottsdale and as far South as Maricopa, the town.  When I come to your home all I need is a place to set up my table (its the size of a twin size bed), a plug for my music. 


FAQ#4 Should I leave my underwear on?
 
I always ask that people undress to their level of comfort.  While I realize this is a sensitive issue for most people I ask people to get totally undressed.  If you feel comfortable leaving your underwear on please do so.
